Hargo.co.id, GORONTALO – Prospective legislative candidate (Caleg) for the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) from the United Development Party (PPP) with number 3, Sawaludin, is receiving praise from millennials in Bone Bolango Regency.
The praise comes from Putri Husain (25), a resident of Tingkohubu Village, Suwawa District. For Putri, Sawaludin is an extraordinary figure who can advocate for various needs of millennials in Gorontalo.
Putri, who attended a face-to-face event between Sawaludin and millennials in Bone Bolango on Wednesday (31/1/2024), expressed her pride in being able to meet Sawaludin, whom she considers a young generation candidate for the Indonesian House of Representatives.
“I am quite happy to be able to meet him today. He is an extraordinary person,” said Putri.
Similarly, Elen Lahmutu (23), a resident of Ayula Village, South Bulango District, expressed her happiness in being able to meet Sawaludin directly.
“I’m happy, and he is an extraordinary person,” said Elen after attending a dialogue held in Talango Village, Kabila District.
Unlike Putri and Elen, Sultan Nurdin, one of the first-time voters in the 2024 elections in Bone Bolango, considers Sawaludin as a figure who easily blends in with all layers of society.
“He’s skilled, able to blend in with the community, especially millennials. It’s proven today, he can interact with us here,” explained Sultan.
Various praises from millennials in Bone Bolango received immediate response from Sawaludin. He is very grateful for the compliments expressed.
Sawaludin promised to be at the forefront in advocating for the rights of millennials. To fulfill his promise, Sawaludin said it certainly requires support from the millennial generation itself.
“It’s time for us young people to step forward for the change of Gorontalo Province. If not today, when else? If not us, who else?” emphasized this young leader.(*)
