Hargo.co.id, YOGYAKARTA – Recognized for successfully implementing a merit system, the Bone Bolango Regency Government is awarded the national-level ASN meritocracy with a good category.
The award was presented by the Chairman of KASN, Agus Pramusinto, and directly received by the Acting Regent of Bone Bolango, Merlan S. Uloli, at the Keraton Grand Ballroom Yogyakarta Mariot Hotel on Thursday (10/7/2023).
Merit system is a policy and management approach for civil servants based on qualifications, competencies, and performance, applied fairly and reasonably without discrimination.
The Head of BKPSDM Bone Bolango, Frieske Arinti Usman, stated that the national ASN meritocracy award was given to appreciate government agencies that have successfully implemented the merit system well and very well.
“For the assessment in 2023, the Bone Bolango Regency Government’s score has improved compared to last year. The Bone Bolango Regency Government has risen from a sufficient score to a good score,” he said.
He explained that there are eight aspects of assessment in this meritocracy.
The eight aspects of ASN management include needs planning, procurement, career development, promotion and mutation, performance management, remuneration, rewards and discipline, protection and service, and information systems.
Several indicators focused on the merit system assessment include career placement accuracy, reward and punishment criteria, principles of fairness, and several other indicators.
