Hargo.co.id, GORONTALO – The process of child development for the nation’s golden generation begins with a nutritious lifestyle from an early age. Infants under the age of five (toddlers) must receive daily attention to their nutritional needs.

To fulfill the nutritional requirements of toddlers, the Community Police Officer for Security and Public Order (Bhabinkamtimbas) in the jurisdiction of the Botupingge Police Sector delivered supplementary food to infants and toddlers at the Kindergarten (TK) in Tanah Putih Village, Botupingge District, Bone Bolango Regency, on Friday (15/12/2023) at 08:30 AM.

The distribution of supplementary food involved several health cadres and village officials.

Botupingge Police Chief, Ipda Faisal A Lubis, explained that in this distribution, at least 74 infants and 55 toddlers received special attention from Botupingge Police Sector personnel.

“Not only that, we also provide supplementary food to pregnant women, with the goal of nurturing the nation’s golden generation from a young age,” said Ipda Faisal A Lubis.

Lubis hopes that with this supplementary food program, it can prevent stunting in the Botupingge area.

Meanwhile, Lubis also mentioned that during the distribution of supplementary food to infants and toddlers, the police personnel also provided guidance on preventing public order disturbances in the jurisdiction of the Botupingge Police Sector.

“We encourage the community to actively participate in maintaining regional stability from public order disturbances,” concluded Lubis.(*)
