Hargo.co.id, GORONTALO – Tuna Mahmud, a resident of Pohe Village, Hulonthalangi Subdistrict, expresses admiration for the legislative candidate (Caleg) number 3, sponsored by PPP for the Gorontalo Province Regional Representative Council (DPR RI) electoral district (Dapil), Sawaludin.
The fisherman admires Sawaludin because, in every campaign, he never criticizes his competitors.
“Mr. Sawaludin is a courteous politician. During the campaign, he never speaks ill of other candidates. He prefers to promote his programs,” said Tuna Mahmud after the PPP dialogical campaign in Pohe Village on Tuesday (1/9/2024).
In addition to never attacking other candidates, Tuna Mahmud adds that Sawaludin is also a figure who is always polite when dealing with residents. According to Tuna Mahmud, he never discriminates and always shows respect and appreciation for others.
Therefore, Tuna Mahmud and his fellow fishermen in Pohe are ready to support Sawaludin on February 14.
“We will support him because he has ideas to improve the community’s economy, and it has been proven for us fishermen before he ran for office,” emphasized Tuna Mahmud.
At 61 years old, Tuna Mahmud himself has been a loyal supporter of PPP since 1982 until now.
“Since 1982, as a young man, I have been involved with PPP. Because only PPP candidates don’t just disappear after getting elected. They continue to be present with us, the community. And what makes me proud the most is that PPP candidates never play dirty tricks with candidates from other parties,” he asserted. (*)
