Hargo.co.id, GORONTALO – In addition to organizing various activities to celebrate its 21st anniversary, the Bone Bolango Regency Government also launches several programs that benefit the community.
One of the programs includes a reduction in the acquisition of rights to land and buildings (BPHTB) fees during the January 2024 period. Notably, there is a substantial 30% discount for BPHTB payments.
“The discount is 30% for transactions processed from January 10 to January 31, 2024,” said Head of the Regional Financial and Revenue Agency (BKPD) Iwan Mustapa when contacted on Friday (19/1/2024).
Iwan explained that to avail this discount, the public needs to apply through the eBPHTB application by Klik PAD Bone Bolango. Subsequently, he stated that they should generate the Payment Order (SSPD) by selecting the “Apply for a Discount” menu to access this facility.
“However, it is essential to note that this discount facility is applicable only for payments through the BSG channel or via QRIS. The discount is quite substantial, and we hope it will assist the public in legalizing their land assets,” he clarified.
Iwan added that this discount facility also supports the regional government’s efforts in land certification activities for the people, conducted by the Ministry of ATR/BPN. Therefore, with the ease of BPHTB, the public can promptly legalize their land assets.
