Hargo.co.id, GORONTALO – Vice Chairman of the Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) of Gorontalo Regency, Roman Nasaru, appreciates the Tunas Muda Cup I village-level volleyball tournament across the Bongomeme Subdistrict.
Roman expressed his appreciation during the closing ceremony held at the Batuloreng Village volleyball field on Wednesday evening (1/3/2024).
He stated that the initiative to promote sports in Gorontalo Regency is commendable. According to him, this is evidenced by several tournaments held to discover talented and promising young athletes in the field of sports.
“We should appreciate the implementation of this volleyball tournament,” said Roman.
In addition to nurturing talented young athletes with excellent skills, Roman mentioned that the Tunas Muda Cup I volleyball tournament also fosters community bonding among the residents of Bongomeme Subdistrict.
“Hopefully, this tournament can be scheduled annually and become part of the yearly calendar. I am ready to fully support the positive activities carried out by these young men and women,” concluded Roman. (*)
