Hargo.co.id, GORONTALO – Acknowledged by the Secretary of the North Gorontalo Council (Setwan), Fahrudin Lasulika, that in terms of the need for civil servants (ASN) in his working unit, it is still far from optimal. In other words, speaking of personnel, it is still far from sufficient.
“To be honest, for the needs of civil servants in the council secretariat, it is still far from optimal. The number is not adequate,” said Fahrudin when asked about budget issues related to the need for honorary staff who have been working in his unit.
Indeed, according to Rudi, the performance of his working unit has been greatly assisted by the presence of honorary staff.
“However, for this budget year, due to budget issues that have become common knowledge,
those honorary staff are no longer working,” explained the man familiarly known as Rudi.
Returning to the issue of the need for personnel, he mentioned that the number of personnel in Setwan is still far from sufficient.
Or with the current number of civil servants, it is far from optimal.
“This clearly affects the performance of these civil servants, especially in daily work, which certainly requires extra effort, and this is keenly felt by the civil servants in every department,” he emphasized.
Indeed, if asked, more personnel are needed, Rudi said. However, Rudi said, what else can be done. From a budget perspective, it is not feasible.
“With the limited budget available, it is clear that these honorary or temporary staff cannot be accommodated anymore, how can they be paid,” he said.
What exists now, according to Rudi, is only the staff that is regulated by the rules and in accordance with the required protocols.
“They are the secretaries of leaders and also drivers who are still available because it is regulated separately according to the regulations,” he concluded.(*)
