Hargo.co.id, GORONTALO – The Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) of Zainal Umar Sidiqi Hospital (RS.ZUS) in North Gorontalo (Gorut) welcomed the arrival of seven STIKES Bakti Nusantara Gorontalo students who will undergo fieldwork practice (PKL) along with general orientation at the hospital, on Monday (22/1/2024).
According to the Director of BLUD RS. Zus, Dr. Mohamad Ardiansyah, M. Kes, in addition to conducting general orientation, the STIKES Bakti Nusantara Gorontalo students will also participate in the infection prevention program (PPI).
“They will undergo general orientation, including PPI and BHD (Basic Life Support) which will be held in the meeting hall of RS. ZUS,” said Dr. Ardi.
Dr. Andi mentioned that the activity itself will last for about a month, precisely from January 22 to February 19, 2024.
Through activities like this, Dr. Ardi hopes for an improvement in the quality of human resources education in creating integrated education, which is ready and competitive.
“Thus, RS. ZUS is ready to trigger development, both from human resources, program consolidation, and the completeness of facilities and infrastructure for the improvement of service quality to the people of Gorut,” emphasized Dr. Ardi.
Ardi also hopes that the STIKES student internship program at RS ZUS can continue,
so that it can promote the advancement of medical record services at RS. ZUS, thus improvement both administratively,
programs and service priorities can truly proceed in accordance with the rules in realizing
integrated service system integrity which is one of the icons in healthcare facilities in Gorut.
“Therefore, this one-month activity is expected to be maximal, and the students can adapt and practice their expertise. Also, they can obtain benefits according to the main purpose and objectives of the intended activity,” he concluded. (*)
