Hargo.co.id, GORONTALO – The service at the Gas Station (SPBU) under the management of PT. Karya Jaya Mandiri Persada is once again complained about by drivers.
This time, the SPBU in Atinggola Subdistrict, North Gorontalo Regency, caught public attention after a driver’s complaint went viral on the TikTok social media platform.
Until the video uploaded by the TikTok account owner @m41294121t0, it has been viewed more than 61 thousand times in just 16 hours since posting on social media.
In the 1.28-second video, a clear voice complaint is heard stating that the Atinggola SPBU prioritizes fuel tank trucks over regular vehicles.
“Atinggola SPBU only prioritizes fuel tank trucks. Look, there are no regular cars outside; only expeditions are parked,” says the person in the video while filming.
Not only expedition trucks, but the video also shows a school bus that is allegedly not getting subsidized Solar fuel.
“This school bus is not filled (with solar). Please pay attention,” he says.
He also claims to have complained about this to the Atinggola SPBU, but did not receive a satisfactory response.
“We have complained to them, but they did not acknowledge it,” he adds.
In response to the complaint, Agus Husna, HRD of PT. Karya Jaya Mandiri Persada, the company overseeing the management of the Atinggola SPBU, claims to be aware of the situation.
“Police Chief has conducted an investigation, and there has been clarification,” said Agus Husna when contacted by Hargo.co.id on Wednesday (December 13, 2023).
Previously, complaints about subsidized Solar fuel services at PT. Karya Jaya Mandiri Persada’s SPBU occurred at the Ulapato Village SPBU in Telaga Biru Subdistrict, Gorontalo Regency.
