Hargo.co.id, GORONTALO – The Inspectorate of Bone Bolango is urged to be more optimal in providing supervision to regional apparatus organizations (OPD).
The request was conveyed by the Acting Regent of Bone Bolango, Merlan S. Uloli, while giving directions and opening the open selection for high-level officials (PTP) within the Bone Bolango Regency Government on Monday (20/11/2023).
For Merlan, Inspectorate supervision is crucial, especially in overseeing financial management, to ensure improvement from year to year.
“So before the BPKP (Supreme Audit Agency) intervenes, it is the duty of the Inspectorate to provide supervision to the OPD. When the Inspectorate, during supervision, discovers any suspicions of financial mismanagement in the OPD, it must be rectified. We should not have findings or suspicions of financial mismanagement discovered by the BPKP later,” emphasized Acting Regent Merlan Uloli.
Merlan hopes that this becomes a concern for officials entering and participating in the open selection for Inspector positions.
“On behalf of the local government, I express gratitude to Mr. Heru Tarsila, as the Head of the BPKP Provincial Representative in Gorontalo, who has provided support and become part of the open selection team for the selection of high-ranking positions, namely the Regional Inspectorate (Inspector). God willing, the results of the selection will be the best,” Merlan hoped.(*)
