Hargo.co.id, GORONTALO – The Draft Regional Regulation (Ranperda) on the Regional Income and Expenditure Budget (APBD) for the year 2024 in Bone Bolango Regency has been approved by the Government and the Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) of Bone Bolango.
The agreement was marked by the joint signing of the approval memorandum by the Acting Regent of Bone Bolango, Merlan S. Uloli, and the Chairman of the DPRD of Bone Bolango, Halid Tangahu, at the joint approval plenary session on the Ranperda regarding the APBD of Bone Bolango Regency for the year 2024.
The event took place in the main session room of the DPRD of Bone Bolango on Thursday (11/30/2023).
Starting his address, Merlan Uloli expressed gratitude to the Regional Apparatus Organization (TAPD) and the Regional Budget Committee (Banggar) of the DPRD of Bone Bolango for their hard work in reaching an agreement on the Ranperda APBD 2024.
“We believe it is the result of the hard work of the DPRD’s Banggar and TAPD through an in-depth study of the Ranperda regarding the APBD of Bone Bolango Regency for the fiscal year 2024,” said Merlan.
The discussion on the Ranperda APBD 2024 itself was quite dynamic, marked by various opinions or arguments. However, Merlan stated that it remained within a democratic atmosphere aimed solely at achieving quality results.
“For us, these things are seen as part of a good and very positive process because they show concern for the progress of development in Bone Bolango Regency,” explained Merlan.
Furthermore, Merlan stated, as explained in the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 15 of 2023 on guidelines for the preparation of the APBD for the year 2024, the joint approval of the DPRD and the Head of the Region for the Ranperda APBD is carried out no later than one month before the start of the fiscal year or precisely on November 30, 2023.
Next, the Ranperda APBD is submitted to the Governor for evaluation no later than three working days after joint approval. This evaluation aims to test conformity with laws and regulations, including technical, material, and legality aspects.
“The results of the Governor’s evaluation are then refined by the DPRD’s Banggar together with TAPD. The refinement results are then incorporated into the decision of the leadership of the DPRD of Bone Bolango Regency. Subsequently, it will be established as a Regional Regulation (Perda) following the mechanisms and regulations of the DPRD and, God willing, will be completed on time,” explained Merlan. (*)
