Hargo.co.id, GORONTALO – The dismantling of gazebos at the Botutonuo tourist destination in Kabila Bone Subdistrict, Bone Bolango Regency, precisely in Lorong Lima, almost turned chaotic on Thursday (1/4/2024).
The gazebo owners and local residents resisted the execution officers from the Gorontalo District Court.
Fortunately, the dismantling was escorted by the police, and the tension between the execution officers and residents was eventually calmed.
According to gathered data, there were 25 facilities affected. Additionally, one semi-permanent house, one culinary house, and 20 coconut trees were also executed by the enforcement team of the Gorontalo District Court.
The execution is related to a land dispute reported by Haryanto K Tilome against the respondent Yowan Botutihe, which has obtained legal force based on the Supreme Court (MA) decision, as stated in Execution Determination Letter Number 12/Pdt.Eks/2023/PN Gorontalo.
“They said there’s already a MA decision on this land dispute case,” said an unnamed resident.
The execution took place from 10:30 AM to 4:31 PM. As of the reporting of this news, there has been no official statement from the applicant or the respondent regarding the land execution by the enforcement team of the Gorontalo Court. (Editorial Team)
