Hargo.co.id, GORONTALO – The execution of the Mobile Legends tournament Bupati Cup in commemoration of the 350th anniversary of Gorontalo Regency (Kabgor) receives appreciation from Commission I DPRD Member, Jayusdi Rifai.
Jayusdi expressed his appreciation while directly attending the opening event organized by J12 Community in collaboration with the local government at Pasar Modern Limboto on Monday (20/11/2023).
“I appreciate the holding of the Bupati Cup Mobile Legends Tournament in conjunction with the 350th anniversary. I strongly support tournaments like this,” said Jayusdi.
Jayusdi mentioned that the world is experiencing rapid progress, both in terms of technology and lifestyle. He stated that online games have become a consumption for millennials, everywhere, be it at homes, hangouts, schools, or even campuses.
“I think many positive things can be gained through community game competitions like this. From this e-Sports championship, professional gamers are born, who then receive awards or achievements,” expressed Jayusdi.
He added that tournaments like this can serve as a platform to produce gamers who dive into prestigious international championships.
“Well, I see our young people have the potential to achieve that,” Jayusdi continued.
This PPP representative also congratulated all gamers and hoped that the event, participated by youth and students, could be successfully held until the end of the event.
“Congratulations to all gamers. Maintain sportsmanship in the competition,” concluded Jayusdi.
The Mobile Legends Bupati Cup 2023 eSport tournament itself will take place for two days, starting from November 20, 2023, and will end on November 24, 2023. The number of registrants is 32 teams from representatives of five regencies and cities.(*)
