Hargo.co.id GORONTALO – Acting Governor of Gorontalo, Ismail Pakaya, officially inaugurated Sila Nurainsyah Botutihe as the Acting Regent of North Gorontalo.
The inauguration of Sila Nurainsyah Botutihe took place at the Governor’s Residence on Wednesday (12/6/2023).
Sila was inaugurated to fill the vacant position after the former Regent of North Gorontalo, Thariq Modanggu, completed his term.
In his speech, Ismail expressed confidence that, as the Head of the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Gorontalo Province, Sila already understands the responsibilities.
“I believe that she understands the duties and responsibilities as the Acting Regent,” said Ismail during the inauguration. He hopes that Sila can organize good governance for development and an advanced community.
The event was combined with the inauguration of Sila’s husband, Burhanudin Alpiah, as the Acting Chairperson of PKK Gorontalo Utara.
As information, Sila Nurainsyah Botutihe is the first woman to become the Acting Regent in Gorontalo. (Press Release)
