Hargo.co.id, GORONTALO – The Head of the Finance Agency of Gorontalo City, Nooryanto, along with his team, visited Moosalamati Orphanage in Buliide Village, West City District, Gorontalo City, on Friday (12/8/2023).
In addition to fostering relationships, the visit was utilized by the Finance Agency of Gorontalo City to deliver various essential supplies to orphans and vulnerable children at the orphanage.
“Alhamdulillah, we can share with the orphans and vulnerable children at Moosalamati Orphanage,” said the Head of the Finance Agency of Gorontalo City, Nooryanto.
According to him, the basic aid provided by the Finance Agency of Gorontalo City is part of the Blessed Friday at Orphanages (JUMPA) program, which is routinely carried out by his office every week.
Nooryanto explained that the JUMPA program is an initiative of the Finance Agency of Gorontalo City aimed at assisting orphanage managers in meeting their daily needs.
“The funding source for the JUMPA program comes from the funds given by civil servants in our office voluntarily. The funds are then collected and spent on basic needs.
In addition to funds, some also contribute in the form of basic supplies,” said one of the figures nominated as the acting mayor by the Gorontalo City DPRD.
“Insha Allah, the aid we provide can help meet the daily needs of the orphans and vulnerable children,” Nooryanto concluded.
The aid delivered includes rice, cooking oil, eggs, and various other essential supplies. (*)
