Hargo.co.id, GORONTALO – The North Gorontalo DPRD Secretariat (Setwan) this month will focus on administrative matters. Starting from administrative improvements, reports to adjustments with systems and applications from central to regional levels.
This was conveyed by the Secretary of the North Gorontalo DPRD, Fahrudin Lasulika or commonly known as Rudi when interviewed by the media on Sunday (28/1/2024).
“During January, we at the DPRD Secretariat are still focusing on administrative matters. This includes administrative improvements, reports, and adjustments to new systems and applications,” he said.
In addition, Rudi said they would also evaluate programs that have been implemented in the previous fiscal year and prepare for activities in the 2024 fiscal year.
“Basically, the programs and budgets have been laid out in the 2024 regional budget. However, regarding agendas and others, we need to sit down together to discuss,” explained Rudi.
Since the beginning of the 2024 fiscal year, Rudi continued, they have been trying to adjust to the new system in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
“The reality is, we are directly dealing with administrative issues. Because in 2024, the systems and applications used must be synchronized, from the central to the regional level,” he emphasized.
Regarding all the improvement and adjustment processes, Rudi said everything had been maximized, so now it’s just a matter of implementation.
“This includes reporting and others. The plan is to conduct a comprehensive evaluation for the secretariat at the beginning of February, and this must be done,” he said.
As for institutional agendas, especially in the legislature, according to Fahrudin, there are no agendas yet as the legislative members are still occupied with early-year agendas and their respective factional agendas.
“However, for institutional agendas, they will definitely be carried out in the near future, and we at the secretariat will certainly maximize our duties, obligations, and authorities as regulated,” he concluded.(*)
